• After purchasing, you will fill in an intake form and send me an email to tell me about your current struggles. You will also start to keep food and sleep diaries over the next 5-7 days.
• I will analyze your intake form, and sleep and food diaries once complete, and request any additional information or feeding videos if needed.
• I will then send a comprehensive overview of the reasons why you may be struggling, along with a detailed plan with tangible tips and next steps to help you become “unstuck.”
