Doing this course course was one of the best decisions I’ve made as a parent. My daughter slept brilliantly until she was six months old. But since around then her sleep has been very up and down, never waking less than twice or three times a night. (She’s one now). Often she’d wake screaming. I was so keen to normalise infant sleep that I think I overlooked some red flags. It was coming across Emily’s page that I first started to think there might be something else going on, as my baby was mouth breathing and seemed to have trapped wind quite a bit.

So I booked onto the course. In the first session we looked at oral tension, and it was then that everything started to slot into place. My daughter had always gained weight well, so I’d never thought about tongue ties. But Emily pointed out what else oral tension could be causing. My daughter had so many of the other symptoms that I booked an appointment to get it assessed – she had a tongue tie!! Since starting oral exercises and recently having it cut, her sleep is so much better and she is generally happier. (Most often she’s only waking once a night!) Emily’s holistic approach and willingness to get to the root causes of things rather than just try to ‘fix’ sleep is just amazing – can’t thank her enough!
