Holistic Sleep Coach | Maternity Nurse | Mothers Help | Whaley Bridge | High Peak | Stockport | Glossop | Buxton | Cheshire
Bringing your baby home is one of life’s most extraordinary moments, but it can also be one of the most overwhelming, wherever in the High Peak, Stockport or Cheshire you’re doing it.
The washing piles up. Meals become an afterthought. You question whether you’re doing things “right”. Visitors come to meet the baby, yet so often no one asks how you’re doing.
When you have an unsettled baby, who is crying a lot, struggling with feeding, reflux or colic, then this can have a great impact on the start of your parenthood journey, this is where my specialism lies, for the last 6 years I have helped hundreds of families with their unsettled, frequent waking baby and now I want to bring that to my community, in the form of more hands on support.
My role is to become part of your village.
The trained specialist when your baby needs expert, root-cause care. The extra pair of hands when the home’s fallen behind and the washing’s piling up. The person checking in on how you’re doing, not just the baby. And sometimes, simply someone there, no task list required, just company on a long day.
Whatever your family needs from me, that’s what I’ll be.
Sometimes the greatest gift is practical support: preparing meals, putting a wash on, changing the beds, tidying the kitchen or collecting the shopping so you can focus on recovering and bonding with your baby.

My Specialist Approach
What makes my support unique is my specialism in feeding and reflux care. Many newborns struggle with symptoms of reflux, colic, or feeding difficulties, which can make nights particularly challenging.
With my background in infant feeding and holistic sleep coaching, I can help identify possible causes and guide you towards gentle solutions.I am equally passionate about supporting bottle-feeding families as I am breastfeeding, offering evidence-based, non-judgemental education for both. You can learn more about my approach through my content on Instagram and Facebook.

Why I Do This Work
Postpartum & maternity nurse support, rooted in lived experience.

Six years ago, I started supporting families with feeding and evidence-based, gentle and holistic sleep support, because I wanted parents to feel less alone, more supported and more confident.
That passion comes from my own journey into motherhood. After the birth of my first son, I experienced poor mental health and remember just how isolating and overwhelming those early weeks could feel. Then, when my second son arrived 10 weeks prematurely, we faced a completely different challenge, severe reflux, and waking every hour. We searched desperately for answers, only to discover later that the root cause could have been addressed much sooner.
Those experiences changed me. Over the last six years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of parents through feeding difficulties, reflux, sleep struggles and the emotional rollercoaster that often comes with them.
