Molly is a Level 6 holistic infant and child sleep coach, qualified maternity nurse, and experienced nanny, supporting families with sleep challenges from birth to 5 years. Trained through The Fox & The Moon Academy, Molly specialises in helping families reduce night waking and create sleep that feels sustainable, responsive and aligned with attachment.
Alongside her formal sleep and maternity-care qualifications, Molly brings extensive hands-on experience as a nanny, giving her a practical, real-world understanding of family dynamics, routines, and the day-to-day realities of caring for babies and young children. This background allows her to offer sleep support that works not just in theory, but in real family life.
Molly has a particular interest in sleep transitions and sleep-specific challenges, including night weaning, moving away from bed-sharing, early rising, split nights, and bedtime battles. She works closely with parents to understand why these patterns are occurring, rather than applying rigid schedules or one-size-fits-all approaches.
Her work is rooted in a gentle, attachment-led framework. Molly does not use sleep training or unresponsive methods.
