The sleep coaching course that goes where no other course goes.

Become a certified root cause focused infant and child sleep coach who can support families, without ever leaving little ones to cry.

Step into a flexible career where getting to the root cause of a little one’s sleep challenges is everything.

This one teaches you why babies may be struggling with sleep and why we do not need to be “teaching” independence.

The Fox & The Moon Sleep Practitioner Course is a 12-week certification for anyone who wants to support families at a deeper level, exploring the root causes behind unsettled sleep, including reflux, oral dysfunction, feeding mechanics, allergies, birth tension, and nervous system dysregulation.

You’ll graduate as a confident, credible sleep coach with the knowledge to hold space for complex families, the skills to investigate what’s really going on, and a business-ready foundation to start working with clients straight away.

Become a Certified Root Cause Focused Infant Sleep Coach, at your own pace

When you complete the course you will be a qualified root cause and genuinely gentle sleep coach, the kind who investigates root causes, works without behavioural sleep training methods, and genuinely changes outcomes for families.

What’s more, you’ll have the potential to earn an unlimited income, build a business you’re passionate about, and work flexibly around your own family.

Meet Emily & Molly

Emily — Founder, Fox & The Moon Sleep

Fox & The Moon didn’t come from a business plan. It came from my own experience as a parent, sitting in the thick of fragmented nights with a baby nobody could give me real answers for.

That experience — the exhaustion, the searching, the feeling that conventional sleep advice was missing something enormous — is what drove me to build something different. A practice, and now a course, that actually asks why.

I’m a holistic infant and child sleep coach specialising in the root causes of unsettled sleep — reflux, oral dysfunction, feeding mechanics, allergies, birth tension, and nervous system regulation. I’m infant feeding trained with a specialism in reflux, and I’m currently training in cranial sacral therapy. I’ve supported hundreds of families across the UK and beyond, including some of the most complex cases that other practitioners haven’t been able to help.

Molly has spent over a decade working intimately with babies and families — first as a nanny, then as a doula and qualified maternity nurse, and now as a holistic sleep coach with a specialism in nervous system regulation, sensory processing, and attachment.

That breadth of experience means Molly understands babies from every angle — the early newborn days, the transition home, the feeding challenges, and the sleep struggles that follow. She brings a grounded, deeply human perspective to everything she teaches, and her ability to hold space for both babies and the families around them is something our students consistently say has changed the way they work.
