Our 1:2:1 support is the quickest and most personal way to get back on track with your child’s sleep and start feeling yourself again. We love working directly with clients and can’t wait to hear from you.

Cub package

Get a little reassurance about your child’s sleep with tailored email support from us.
Are you struggling in one or two areas when it comes to your little ones sleep? (early rising, split nights or perhaps wanting to night wean?) Some personalised email support can go a long way!

- Intake form (so you can tell us exactly what you need help with as well as provide us with a history of your child’s sleep and any relevant medical history.)
- Sleep & Food Diary, so we can analyse your little one’s sleep pattern.
- A comprehensive email summary detailing recommendations, next steps and support.

Fox package

Take the guess work out of your child’s sleep with 3 weeks of dedicated 1:1 support.
If you are experiencing multiple sleep challenges or seeking to make significant changes (like moving away from co-sleeping, investigating and reducing frequent waking, or introducing new caregivers/parents to bedtime and overnight settling) we are here to hold your hand through the process and provide informed, expert support.
Included:
- 3 x 30 minute calls (1 to start and then 2 to check progress and catch up!)
- A written action plan following each call for the week ahead.
- Email support Monday to Friday 10-5pm for 3 weeks.
- Intake form (so you can tell us exactly what you need help with as well as provide us with a history of your child’s sleep and any relevant medical history.)
- Analysis of Sleep & Food diaries.
- A comprehensive email summary & sleep plan.

5 weeks of comprehensive support, we’ll take a holistic, deep dive to uncover and solve the root cause of your child’s sleep challenges, make long lasting positive changes and support you through long term goals.
This package gives us the time and space to explore the possible causes of your little one’s sleep struggles, meaning we can hold your hand and guide you through solving these issues, explore potential referrals and follow on support.
With 5 check in calls and 5 weeks of WhatsApp support from not only a sleep expert, put a parent who has been there, you can feel supported every step of the way.
Included:
- 5 x 30 minute calls (1 to start and then 4 more as we progress through support)
- A written action plan that can be tweaked as we go.
- Unlimited WhatsApp support for 5 weeks, Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm.
- A final wrap-up call to make sure you are happy and discuss next steps.
- Analysis of intake form
- Access to a shared Google Sheet where we can be logging food and sleep for the duration of support.
