This is our most comprehensive and personalised support package, perfect for families navigating complex sleep challenges rooted in feeding, reflux, allergies, birth trauma, oral dysfunction, or emotional regulation.
We work slowly and intentionally to explore the full picture, develop a flexible strategy, and walk beside you as you implement change. No rushing. No band-aid fixes. Just consistent, thoughtful support.

– Families with babies or children showing signs of deeper imbalance: reflux, sensory overwhelm, disturbed breathing, persistent waking, or behavioural sleep disturbances
